First off the location is on the main plaza, closer than the 1.2km distance from center listed under the location of the hotel. Hotel is small, with a small reception area, a good gift shop, then levels drop down to the breakfast / lunch and bar area. Another drop down to the restaurant seating area (restaurant is closed on Tuesday) and area where rooms and water fountains are. The pool is down another level. The breakfast we had, which they did not charge us for, included very good coffee, toasted thick Italian style bread, small fruit plate and a tasty huevos rancheros. I am guessing most people don't think to tip on a complementary or included breakfast, but we do and the staff is extremely appreciative for that. The staff also was going to get us a cab back to the airport, but the cab companies charge 800 pesos. I asked about Uber and that service is available. I didn't have the app on my phone so they said they had a friends who could drive us to the airport for 400, about what Uber would charge. It worked out perfectly.

Amazing location! The hotel is right off the main plaza, so you get easy access to scenes of daily life in San Jose, easy access to restaurants and the art galleries, and even an easy 30-40 minute walk down to the beach (sidewalks the whole way down for those uncertain of the walk). The hotel is gorgeous and super comfortable, whether you want a drink at the bar, chill by the pool, or relax in your balcony. And there’s lots of fun art around the property to admire. We had a second floor room in the middle of the property, so we didn’t hear any of the music played elsewhere in the area during the Thursday Art Walk. We went in March, so the evenings were cool enough to sleep with our windows open. The staff is really kind and helped us organize a car to/from the airport, as well as answer our questions about how to get around town with Ubers. We were so sad to leave, but even more excited to come back!

It was located near so many restaurants, art and shops, with walking distance to the beach; yet the hotel itself was its own tropical oasis. Once you walked through the main door you forget that you are located in a very busy plaza. The hotel grounds and restaurant are lovely! The pool was perfect and relaxing. We loved the privacy and happy hour-Arturo makes a great margarita!! Kimberly was very helpful and friendly from the day we arrived to the day we left and the transportation back to the airport which was scheduled by the hotel was super clean, the driver very nice and the cost was much better than booking elsewhere. If we ever go back to San Jose del Cabo, Casa Natalia will be the place to stay again. Thank you Casa Natalia staff for making our stay so memorable!

Casa Natalia is located right on the main square of San Jose. It could not be better situated. Nevertheless it was quiet. The rooms were nice and ours was in the back and overlooked the pool and had a sweet balcony with a table and chairs and a hammock. The staff were all helpful and friendly and caring. The breakfasts were fabulous- different eggs every day or yogurt with fresh fruit and granola and fresh squeezed OJ. The restaurant was very good- but warning-- the margaritas were lethal!! :)

This place was amazing. Unfortunatly I stayed there during a hurricane, but I am so glad thats where I was! The staff really looked out for us and even gave me ice to keep my medications cool when the power/fridge went out. They made sure we were fed when the power came back on. The little bar area was a perfect place to unwind. The room was really comfortable and I loved the little outdoor seating area. I cant wait to return and enjoy everything this hotel has to offer.
